Saipem will manage the engineering, fabrication, transportation, and installation activities in water depths of up to 1,300 meters. The company will construct about 50 km of rigid pipelines along with the associated subsea structures. The project reflects Saipem’s experience in delivering complex energy infrastructure for major operators around the world.
Saipem will deploy the construction vessels FDS and Shen Da for about three years to support large-scale offshore operations. The work includes transporting and installing flexible risers, flexible jumpers, subsea production systems, a 3 km flexible gas export flowline and 22 km of subsea umbilicals.
SLB’s OneSubsea joint venture will carry out the engineering, procurement, and construction work for the strategically important offshore project across multiple wells. The scope includes installing complete subsea production systems for 13 wells.
The contract covers the full life cycle of the wells, beginning with the installation of subsea trees, umbilicals, manifolds, multiphase flowmeters and control systems, before moving to commissioning and life-of-field services. This integrated approach will simplify execution and help keep the project on schedule.

TechnipFMC is also supporting the fast-track development by providing a network of flexible flowlines and risers that will connect to a new floating production unit.
