NNPCL Director Mr. Yusuf Usman, announced that the company has successfully drilled four oil wells in Kolmani, Bauchi State. He reaffirmed NNPCL’s commitment to expanding oil and gas exploration in northern Nigeria.

Speaking in Kaduna at a two-day interactive session organized by the Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation, Usman stated that the company is now evaluating the best technology to deploy for the next phase of drilling operations in the area.

He also revealed that five Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plants are currently under construction in Kogi State as part of President Tinubu’s CNG Initiative. These facilities aim to improve gas supply and accessibility across the northern region.

Usman highlighted key achievements made under the Tinubu administration, emphasizing their positive impact on the northern region and beyond.
