Expro has started work under a four-year contract worth approximately $380 million with an African operator to provide production optimization and well management services across several fields.

Under the agreement, Expro will deploy production technologies and integrated services to improve efficiency and support Algeria’s efforts to increase output. The contract ranks among Expro’s largest awards in North Africa to date.

Alistair Geddes, Chief Operating Officer at Expro, said, “This agreement builds on more than a decade of collaboration with our client and reflects the strength of our partnership in delivering safe and efficient production solutions. We are pleased to continue supporting Algeria’s energy goals with systems that help maintain production, improve uptime, and lower operating costs.

“It also strengthens our ability to respond quickly to changing market and operational conditions while improving performance and supporting innovation across one of North Africa’s key energy regions.”

The contract covers several projects, with Expro expected to quickly mobilize equipment and personnel to key developments. The work will support the client’s focus on safety, operational efficiency, and sustained production.
