The National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced on Tuesday that daily crude oil production has hit 1,254,000 barrels. Additionally, condensate production over the past 24 hours reached 54,141 barrels, while natural gas production stood at 200,483 barrels.

On June 11, the NOC announced a plan to drill 121 new wells to explore oil and gas resources in the year 2024, noting that maintenance will be carried out for about 1,335 other wells to ensure the sustainability of oil production.

On June 9, during a meeting with Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, NOC Chairman Farhat Bin Gadara stated that the NOC’s primary goal is to boost production to two million barrels per day by the end of 2025.
