Cheiron Petroleum Corporation is actively investing approximately $160 million in the exploration and production of natural gas in the West El Burullus Concession, located in the southeastern region of the Mediterranean, in Egypt.

The firm is seeking to start production from the concession in the first half (H1) of 2024, with a production capacity of 150 million cubic feet of natural gas a day, an official said.

Furthermore, the company plans to drill seven natural gas wells along with other natural condensates.
